Food Handling Courses categories A and B are legal requirements (Legal Notice 178 of 2001). FRCM is approved by the Food Safety Commission (FSC) to deliver Food Handling training.
Entry Requirements: This course is aimed at food handlers who are involved in the preparation, manufacture, packaging or handling non-high risk food and wrapped. It also includes those who are not directly involved in the preparation or manufacture of food.
Examination: The course includes a multiple choice examination.
Certificate: Certificate of completion valid for 2 years.
