Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Are courses refundable?

Courses that you apply with FRCM are non-refundable. In the unfortunate event that you cannot attend the course for any reason, you have two years from the date of payment to attend another identical course. Refunds will only take place if FRCM cancels the course.

2. When can a course be cancelled?

A course can be cancelled due to one of the following situations:

  • Course instructor is sick on the day of the course and no replacement could be found

  • Not enough persons enroll for a particular course until 1 day before the scheduled course

  • National regulations halt all courses (for example due to health and safety risks during the Covid-19 pandemic)

3. How would I know when a course is cancelled?

You will be notified if a course is cancelled by email. First Responder Centre Malta may also, in some instances, decide to call you to confirm that you received the email. In this case there are two options:

  • You will be provided with alternate course dates to attend an identical course on a different day

  • Get a refund for the course

If you cannot attend any of the alternate date, you have the right to request a refund up to 15 days after alternate dates are provided. In this case, you need to request refund by email to info@frcmalta.com quoting your first and last name, ID Card number and Course ID. Allow up to 5 days for the course fee to be refunded.

For any queries about refunds and cancellation contact us via chat on this website, fill the contact form, send us an email at info@frcmalta.com or call us on +356 99275410.
